Issue with the world of energy and kingdom of battery
Nevertheless, not everything is sunshine and happiness in the world of energy and kingdom of battery.
Right now, energy can be considered as one of the priorities for the world.
For UNDP, goal 7 is to ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all.
Therefore, battery plays an important role in achieving this goal, because lots of renewable energy such as solar or wind store its energy in a form of electric energy.
However, there are many issues with batteries as well. From the battery itself, such as battery lifetime, toxicity, leakage. Or from the manufacturing perspective, such as pollution, lack of raw materials. Or even toward the issue of sustainability or efficiency.
These issues are the problem that we have to face as we are transitioning from non-renewable energy to renewable energy.
