How to make a battery?
Now, as we look deeper into battery, we also want to know how is a battery made from raw materials to the point that we can actually use it. So today, we gonna use an example of a pouch design li-ion battery, take a look and see the manufacturing process of battery!
The process of making a battery can be divided into three major parts, electrode manufacturing, cell assembly, and cell finishing.
As we know, there are three main types of Li-ion battery designs: pouch, cylindrical, and prismatic.
Although we only going to focus on one design of Li-ion battery, during the process of electrode production and cell finish, the method is mostly the same. However, the process of cell assembly can be very different for different cell designs.
